PA and Senior Quality Administrator to the Deputy Principal Further Education

£26,924 - £29,458 per annum (depending upon experience)

37.5 hours per week

About the Role:

  • Working as part of the PA team, you will provide an efficient secretarial service to the Deputy Principal Further Education
  • You will co-ordinate diaries and organise meetings, ensuring the Deputy Principal Further Education is fully briefed and appropriate papers are available.
  • You will administer budgets, tracking expenditure and utilising relevant systems.
  • You will act as officer for a number of meetings, supporting associated administration duties and ensure confidentiality at all times.
  • You will also be required to undertake a range of project work which will include; College Prize Day.
  • Assist the Deputy Principal Further Education with the organisation and running of the Quality Cycle.
  • Coordinate the Quality Audit Cycle.
  • Coordinate the student trips and external speaker process.

About You:

  • You will demonstrate prior experience of working within a PA/Secretarial role at an executive level.
  • Your will demonstrate excellent administrative skills.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills, together with a positive and professional manner. Given the nature of this role, you will demonstrate excellent attention to detail and also the ability to prioritise work effectively and to work to deadlines on your own initiative.
  • You will need to work well individually and as part of a team.
  • You must have excellent customer service to communicate professionally with internal staff, students, business connections and external customers.
  • You will also be able to demonstrate excellent IT and organisational skills.
