PA, Communications & Corporate Affairs Officer
Salary: Competitive
20-24 hours per week over 3 days (ideally Wednesday to Friday)

In this role, you will act as PA to the Senior Leadership Team. You will develop and maintain employee communications, and provide confidential and efficient administrative support where necessary.
The Worksop Site
The Worksop site was established 1935, and we have four highly-automated factories on site that produce a variety of well-known brands and products including:
- OXO
- Sauces - including Sharwoods and Homepride
- Batchelors Supernoodles and Sharwoods Poppadoms
- Bisto gravy granules and SAXA salt

Main duties and responsibilities include:
Communications:
- Support the SLT and HR team to prepare and manage internal communications and briefings.
- Provide input to Premier Foods internal communications processes, working with the business Comms Champions to deliver excellent comms to colleagues using a variety of methods
Administration:
- Organise, attend and take minutes in site meetings, ensuring actions are shared, and closed out.
- Attend management meetings as required to develop and prepare communication plans to ensure effective information sharing to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain and organise diaries, plan and schedule appointments/meetings, arrange appropriate accommodation and/or meeting facilities along with travel schedules, and reservations for the Senior Leadership Team as required.
Employee Engagement:
- Support with engagement initiatives such as: surveys, Premier Voice, community involvement.
- Lead site initiatives relating to inclusion and diversity
Employee Recognition:
- Promote and embed employee recognition schemes and liaise with business teams to ensure success of colleagues is effectively celebrated and communicated.
Community Affairs:
- Promote and support employee involvement in community and corporate initiatives
- Manage internal and external PR, working with Central communications teams
- Manage VIP and external visits – help manage visits to ensure a positive experience.
What we need from you:
Essential
- Demonstrable experience working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of leading communications to support customer engagement
- Experience with social media
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office
Desirable
- Demonstrable experience as a communications professional in a complex environment
- Specialist communications knowledge and experience, underpinned by relevant professional qualifications or training
