We have just taken on an exciting opportunity to join a Mayfair based private equity firm on a contract. The London based team have built a strong culture, driven by a strong work ethic and down to earth personalities. As a whole they work very collaboratively, and build trust within the team.
THE ROLE:
The successful candidate will be supporting three members of a team, with primary focus on a senior member. Duties will include:
- Diary management
- Extensive diary management
- Expense management
- Meeting planning and logistics execution
- Ad hoc admin support
They are looking for someone who can make the role their own and become an integral part of the team. A proactive approach, as well as strong communication skills are essential for this role, as is a muck-in attitude.
