PA (female) to disabled woman with cerebral palsy£14.30 per hour

Job is to support me in all aspects of my life. Pay Rate: £14.30 per hour plus, when applicable, £91.52 per night sleeping night (8hr) allowance.
I am a sociable, disabled female in my 30s with cerebral palsy who is looking for an enthusiastic and active female Personal Assistant who can relate to my needs and interests.
The job is to support me in accessing activities in which I participate eg adapted cycling, swimming, journalism, blogging and theatre and all other aspects of my life including assisting me with my personal care and health therapy needs and helping me maintain my accommodation.
You will be:

• Comfortable driving my wheelchair accessible vehicle/hold a clean driving licence
• Willing to accompany me in my adapted cycling and other activities outside the home
• Interested in and able to support my personal care and health therapy needs (training provided)
• Able to help me plan and organise
• Proactive and patient in approach
• Reliable and committed
• Ideally, able to travel away and stay with me overnight when I go away from home

Shift pattern will initially be days - to allow for training and familiarisation. Thereafter working hours by agreement - two or three consecutive days including overnight sleep ins. Some weekend working.
