A reputable, progressive, professional business based in Birmingham, are seeking a organised, discrete, collaborative PA, on 12 month fixed term contract. If you have solid PA experience, are confident in making judgements and have a keen eye for detail, this may be the role for you!
The successful candidate will enjoy a varied range of tasks, you will be at the forefront of the business, ensuring a smooth experience for clients. Your duties could include but are not limited to;
- Leading on project management and administration
- Ensuring deadlines and processes are met
- Understanding of any relevant legislation
- Building and maintaining good client relationships
- Collaborating with stakeholders
- Ensuring audits are completed
- Supporting colleagues where needed
You will have first class PA experience, be exceptionally organised, be comfortable using your intuition and initiative, as well as demonstrating an eagerness to grow and develop within your role. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
