PA required to join an award-winning consultancy who really invest and appreciate their staff.
An exciting PA role supporting up to Partner, they are looking for a someone with solid secretarial experience to provide seamless support!
Key responsibilities:
- Diary, inbox and meeting management
- Production of written or visual material using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel
- Creating expense claims for Partners and staff
- Booking global travel itineraries
- General administration such as: holiday bookings, study leave schedules
- Helping to organise departmental and ad hoc client social events
- Monitoring enquiries inbox and forwarding emails
- Registering for conferences
- Using / updating internal contacts database
- Other ad hoc duties
They are seeking for someone with strong secretarial skills who understand the billing process, accountancy, financial or legal industry exposure would be highly advantageous,
You will also be a super social persona who enjoys a busy and fast paced role and is happy to muck in and be a key team player!
