Pyramid8 is currently recruiting for a large NHS Organisation based across Leeds for a strong Personal Assistant / PA to work on a large-scale heath improvement programme. Supporting senior directors in the trust you will be responsible for all senior level PA Duties.
They are looking for a highly organised and efficient individual who can work as part of a team and on their own with a high degree of self-motivation. You will have experience in a high level administration role ideally within the NHS or another healthcare organisation.
Role
- Coordinate project management activities, resources and information.
- Help liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Help prepare budgets, maintaining accurate recording of all resource use relating to the projects.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports, including help to maintain risk and issue logs, escalating as appropriate.
- Provide administrative support including arranging meetings, inviting attendees, preparing and circulating papers, taking minutes, creating and monitoring of action plans.
- Help identify stakeholders, ensure their inclusion in stakeholder engagement plan. Point of contact for nominated stakeholders.
- Write and distribute emails, letters and forms.
- Minute taking and sending out meeting objectives
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
