Job description

We have a fantastic PA opportunity to join this charity whose offices are located in North Leeds. Supporting the MD and senior management team, the successful candidate will enjoy a varied PA role, working in this fully office-based role, the successful candidate will be available immediately and have the following experience and skills;

  • Diary & email management
  • Prepare and arrange all meetings on and off site
  • Attend meetings
  • Stake holder management
  • Report writing
  • Arrange travel and accommodation
  • General ad hoc administration support

This is a demanding and varied senior support-based role, open to industry experience, the ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication and time management skills; this temporary role is fully office based and may become Temp or Perm, the ideal candidate must have;

  • 5 years senior administration experience
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • Strong time management
  • Strong work ethic
  • Flexible attitude
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages
