Supporting the MD and senior management team, the successful candidate will enjoy a varied PA role, working in this fully office-based role, the successful candidate will be available immediately and have the following experience and skills;
- Diary & email management
- Prepare and arrange all meetings on and off site
- Attend meetings
- Stake holder management
- Report writing
- Arrange travel and accommodation
- General ad hoc administration support
This is a demanding and varied senior support-based role, open to industry experience, the ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, excellent communication and time management skills; this temporary role is fully office based and may become Temp or Perm, the ideal candidate must have;
- 5 years senior administration experience
- Excellent coordination skills
- Strong time management
- Strong work ethic
- Flexible attitude
- Proficient in all MS Office packages
