Pay Rate: £17 Per hour / Dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Director's schedule by scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, audio typing and ensure follow-up on action items to support effective meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Proven experience as a PA.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
