Future Student and Brand
Are you an experienced PA, Secretary or Administrator? We’re looking for someone to support our Director of Future Students & Brand who’s remit covers marketing, student recruitment, outreach and admissions.
You will work closely with the Director to provide a range of administrative and secretarial support with a particular focus on diary management, supporting meetings including minute taking and also a number of ad hoc projects – as well as ensuring the smooth running of the Directorate.
Your role will enable the Director to focus their attention on strategic and management tasks. You will be trusted to work efficiently and effectively using your discretion and understanding particularly around, at times, the confidential nature of the work.
In this role you will be at the heart of leadership working in a fast-paced, varied and exciting environment.
As PA to the Directors you will:
- plan, organise and service meetings and committees,
- undertake a range of administrative tasks, including planning, responding to enquiries, drafting documents and undertaking research
- support the Directorate with interesting short-term projects
- be a first point of contact to visitors and staff
To be successful in the role you will have:
- proven PA, secretarial or administrative experience in a busy office
- good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (intermediate level),
- an interest and willingness to learn about current issues in Higher Education
- flexibility and a positive outlook
- Diary management and minute taking experience
