We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant (PA), who will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director of the EMBA Programme. The post has a wide range of responsibilities, including managing complex diary arrangements, meeting coordination, providing secretarial support, travel arrangements and financial administration. The post holder liaises closely with academic-related, assistant and senior academic staff in the Department and the University, as well as a variety of external stakeholders and collaborative organisations.

The successful candidate should have previous PA/secretarial administrative experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have strong IT skills and minute taking experience. Excellent organisation skills, good time management, and the ability to prioritise a diverse and changing workload are all prerequisites for this role.Once an offer of employment has been accepted, the successful candidate will be required to undergo a health assessment.
