PA to Directorates Grade 5

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual with a positive and helpful approach and a commitment to delivering an excellent service as a member of the Faculty Management Office within the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences. Working closely with another PA across a generic email inbox you will provide a high-level PA/administrative support to the 5 Directorates within the Faculty of Health & Life Sciences, providing support to the Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellors and Heads of Directorates, as well as support to the extended teams within the Directorates. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language. Relevant experience of service delivery within a busy administrative environment and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential. The post is permanent.
