PA required to support Founder of international energy business, based in West London. A fully office based role, you will be assisting the Founder with complex diary and travel scheduling, alongside some private support (for Founder and partner). Private duties will involve travel/holiday booking, family administration (liaising with schools, organising and managing activities, medical, overseeing home renovation projects, social activities, restaurant bookings and much more. Working alongside fellow PAs in the business, this is an environment where you will be expected to assist fellow PAs with overflow work, greet visitors on arrival, ensure the wider office environment is running smoothly and truly contribute to the wider business.
This business (and the Founder) are extremely busy, so you need to be comfortable working at pace and within a high octane office environment. The business and team are sociable and welcoming, the offices are superb and there's always plenty going on around you. The Founder is keen to work with a very grounded and hands on PA, who will operate with discretion, presence and proactivity.
Occasional out of hours contact expected when the Founder is travelling and encounters a problem which will need to be addressed.
This role will pay between £45,000-£60,000 per annum (depending on experience) with a range of benefits and a discretionary bonus.
