PA to Head of HR - fantastic national brand

A market leading household brand has an exceptional opportunity for a Senior PA to support their Head of HR. This is a temporary position, lasting for 3 months initially, is available to start immediately!

You will be supporting the lively, forward-thinking and motivated HRD delivering excellent 1:1 PA where you’ll be able to plan ahead and keep the HRD on track. Alongside the complex diary management, you will proactively manage the up coming meetings - coordinating internal and external documents so the Head of HR is prepared. You be liaising with senior stakeholders both internally and externally and positively managing those relationships. You will collate agendas, prepare meeting packs and project material, create top-notch slide packs and manage the logistics for the HRD.

You will also play a key role in the wider HR team, acting as first point of contact for any queries for the HRD. Actively working with her on various smaller projects, ensuring the teams are able to action them in a timely and efficient manner. You will support with any administrative resources, including raising POs and collating basic reports.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior PA with c. 3-5 years experience at this level, who thrives in a corporate and fast paced environment. You will be approachable and confident, and be able to maintain excellent working relationships throughout the business. You will enjoy working with a successful and genuine boss who really values your support and has a great sense of humour and great empathy alongside a strong work ethic!

This role is temporary role initially, with an hourly salary of up to £18 per hour. This will be based in the gorgeous offices 3 days per week with 2 days home working available.
