SalaryPA to Senior Leadership
Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with an excellent education setting in Hull, who are looking for a permanent PA to Senior Leadership. This is a full time role, is term time only (+ 10 days), and has an actual salary of £24,000 per year. Working times are 8:00AM - 4:30PM (with a 4PM finish on a Friday). This role will either be permanent, or temporary to permanent depending on preferences of the applicant.
The successful applicant will be liaising closely with Senior Leadership and other PA's in the setting to ensure the smooth and efficient running of processes. Ideally we are looking for someone with strong administrative or PA experience who can manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks accordingly. Strong IT skills and communication skills, with a calm and solution based approach is ideal.
This is an exceptional setting that is growing from strength to strength. It has seen significant growth (and continues to grow) due to the excellent provision to students, and the excellent treatment of staff. The Head of Central Services is exceptional and experienced, proving to be an excellent line manager. There is a strong culture of success and recognising good performance, and this role is seen as vital.
Tradewind will also support your development during your placement and beyond through our fantastic CPD via The National College. You will be put onto all of the same CPD as permanent staff members, and encouraged to grow.
To join us and be successful in this role you will need to:
- GCSE C/4 or above in English
- Have experience working within schools in the UK.
- Administrative experience
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
- CV must cover the full CV History
- Legal right to work in the UK
