SalaryOur client are seeking a Package Manager to join them, you will play a leading role in delivering the works across multiple assets. You will be accountable for the execution of the works through the full contract lifecycle, from design and preconstruction, through construction, to completion and handover.

About the job:
Key Responsibilities
- Management and Administration of Subcontract Packages related to the construction of the Structural Steel through the full contract lifecycle.
- Ensuring readiness to commence works on site, developing assurance and delivery management plans with the suppliers to meet the contract requirements.
- Working with the asset delivery teams to ensure the effective and efficient execution of the subcontract works.
- Minimise the impact on the Environment. Ensuring compliance to the Environmental policies and contractual requirements.
- Sharing learning for your package of works between assets to ensure continuous improvement
- Engaging with the in house and subcontract technical teams to obtain specialist support for technical challenges.
- Support the commercial team with the administration of the subcontract.
About you:
- Hold a building/civil engineering technical qualification i.e HNC/HND/Degree
- Experience of managing Structural Steel Packages
- Experience of managing NEC Subcontracts
- Experience of working in large complex nationally significant infrastructure projects such as Rail, Motorways, Highways etc
- Have Excellent communication skills
- Hold a relevant CSCS Card.
