On offer is a basic salary of £50k - £60k with OTE earnings of another £20k (with max comms capped at 100% of salary) and £650 per month car allowance, meaning a total package of £100k+ is possible for high achievers. This will be a home based role but will expect regular client visits up North.
Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with local/group marketing and business development resources to identify and segment target markets
- Research, identify and engage with key decision makers within the market to develop future opportunities, introducing and selling their solutions
- Qualify and convert network leads to sales opportunities pipeline via their CRM system, utilising their design and technical teams to assist with sales
- Accurately use their CRM system to understand and forecast pipeline opportunities, maintaining a clear and concise database
Requirements:
- Must be a strong network and relationship builder who is keen to get out and visit clients face to face and hungry to succeed
- Previous packaging industry experience would be essential, as well as offering solutions/consultative based sales, as the client offers unique, bespoke solutions and doesn’t have a catalogue to sell from
- Plenty of sales experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
