They are currently supplying high quality products into the UK Supermarkets, withmore on the horizon and penty of room to grow
They are currently looking to speak to superb Packhouse Managers with extensive fresh produce expertise with strong strategic AND hands-on management skills. There will be a real focus to improve and get the best out of their committed team as well as the process - so in addition to the day-to-day production, you will also be encouraged or responsible for looking a CI, process improvement, packaging and inventory management.
What do you need?
- As mentioned, you will have an excellent track record of managing fresh produce facilities with knowledge of process and people manabement
- It would be fantastic if you had experience of Lean and CI, so ensure smooth and efficient process allowing for future growth
- An apptitude to roll your sleeves up and getting stuck in. The business are on a journey and they need the right people on board.
