• Lead and manage the team, effectively dealing with people and performance issues.

• Create a positive work culture, leading by example and ensuring company rules are upheld.

• Manage workflow of packing/production, ensuring correct operational, H&S and food safety procedures.

• Maintain a focus on food safety and quality.

• Pro-active management of stock, labour, equipment, and wastage streams.

• Ensure accurate recording on ERP system for traceability.
