Shift Pattern:
12-hour days and nights. You MUST be able to work both. All shifts include x1 30-minute breaks and x2 15-minute breaks.
Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday 18:00 - 06:00 (3 nights followed by 5 days off)
Pay : £10.94 Responsibilities:
This position encompasses manual handling and lifting, involving tasks like picking, packing, and various production duties. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration. A commitment to learning new skills and achieving targets aligned with daily production plans is crucial.
While receiving support from your Team Leader, the role also demands a degree of independence. In the packing area, in addition to operating machinery, you will be actively involved in packing on the line as needed.
In the first few weeks, you will be trained in Level 2 Food Safety. Qualifications:

As Packing Operatives at Kinnerton, you play a pivotal role in supporting our Machine Operators by skillfully packing bagged products into boxes. Your tasks encompass a range of responsibilities, including weighing products, sorting and picking items, diligently following product changeover procedures, and meticulously completing daily packing sheets.
