Paediatric Complex Care Nurse – Community Based

As an ‘Outstanding’ CQC-rated care provider Thornbury Community Services recruits paediatric nurses to deliver bespoke care and support to young people enabling them to stabilise at home and achieve personal goals, learn new hobbies and take trips into their local community.

We are looking to recruit children's nurses to work in Carlisle with UK-based Complex Care experience to work with a 3 year old boy who was Born extremely premature at 23+3 week gestation. Must be comfortable working around pets as Dogs and Cats in the home.

We can pay towards your travel and accommodation if you block book shifts in this package.

Role requirements

We look for paediatric nurses with a minimum of 12 months of UK-based experience who are passionate, resilient and highly skilled. In order to be considered for this role we require the following key skills:

• Total Parenteral Nutrition (Essential)
• Central Venous Catheter
• Care & Use of Gastrostomy and Changing Gastrostomy Buttons
• Care of Colostomies & Ileostomies
