NURSING

Paediatric Nurse - Night Shifts (Bank)

Paediatric Nurse

Nuffield Health Oxford Hospital | Ward | Bank Contract | Night Shifts

From £25 per hour

Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

Do you want more time to care for the children who are your patients? Then you should join Nuffield Health. As the UK’s largest Healthcare

Charity, we’ll give you the time it takes to get to know your patients and be there for them when it matters. This is nursing as it should be – and it starts with you.

As a Paediatric Nurse at our Oxford Hospital, you’re registered with the appropriate governing body and you have the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC. As well as post-registration experience, including on the surgical ward, you are confident in a paediatric care environment. Ideally, you bring PILS skills but this can be provided.

As a Paediatric Nurse, you will:

  • Play a vital role in the child’s journey through the hospital.

  • Be every patient’s trusted guide, supporting children and their parents or guardians.

  • Deliver high quality, clinically effective care as an essential part of our ward team.

  • Broaden your skills across a wide variety of cases.

  • Work within different specialist areas.

  • Benefit from flexible hours.

Helping you feel good.

We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued. That’s why we’ve developed a benefits package with you in mind. From Holiday in line with the Working Time Directive, Access to our Pension Scheme and discounted gym membership at £15.00 a month.
