Our highly reputable client is an industry leader when it comes to luxurious waterproof wall panels and tiles. As a key member of the digital team, you will play an integral role in supporting the company’s online strategy and drive lead generation through the website and online platforms.

 

Responsibilities within your new role

Key responsibilities as the Paid Ads Specialist include supporting the development and execution of the social media strategy, encompassing budget planning, content creation, and performance measurement. The focus is on enhancing brand visibility across platforms like Pinterest, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, employing a full-funnel approach and retargeting tactics. The role also involves driving Lead Generation activities, increasing followers and engagement on social media, and boosting traffic to the website, positively impacting relevant KPIs. Furthermore, the position entails creating and distributing compelling content for diverse target audiences through Paid Ads and B2B social media posts, while adhering to brand guidelines. A crucial aspect is the ongoing analysis of results to inform optimisations for future campaigns. 

 

Your personality, experience and qualifications

For success in this role, a bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field is essential. The ideal candidate should possess demonstrated knowledge of paid social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Lead Generation ads. Additionally, experience in creating, executing, and monitoring social media advertising campaigns, along with content creation expertise in copywriting, ad copy, and visuals, is crucial. Proficiency in using Google Analytics to measure and report on the impact of social media activity is necessary.
