Paid Media Analyst - Manchester (Hybrid Working) - Up to £45,000

Join an award-winning team at an exciting phase of expansion! The company is seeking a Paid Media Analyst to be a driving force in the Performance Media team. Responsible for generating and harvesting online demand, the team efficiently drives incremental revenue across various digital marketing channels, from Paid Search and Paid Social to Affiliates and Display.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of a cross-channel 1st party data strategy.
  • Collaboration with an external agency to deliver a comprehensive reporting suite for Performance Media.
  • Engagement with key stakeholders and driving the measurement roadmap with core media measurement partners.
  • Provision of insight and analysis of Performance Media.
  • Ownership and leadership of Performance Media analytics for key reporting tools.

Who they are looking for:

  • A passion for Analytics, problem-solving, and finding solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with dashboard build and implementation (Looker, Data Studio, or Tableau).
  • Previous experience managing multiple projects and workstreams with effective communication.
  • Experience with Website Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, similarweb, or similar).
  • Knowledge of the 1st party data ecosystem and understanding of measuring incrementality.
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and the ecosystem.
