Paid Search & Social Media Executive

We have an excellent and exciting opportunity to join a fast growing, modern business who provide a slick, industry leading service and a stylish, prestige product as a Paid Search & Social Media Executive. This is a full time, permanent role working from their modern offices in Knaresborough. Our client offers specialist services into the prestige vehicle market, and you will be joining them with the aim of delivering a range of optimised adverts and strategies across Social Media, Google and other advertising platforms whilst reporting on all key metrics and ensuring continuous development and improvement of Paid Search strategies. If you are strong with social channel optimisation, have experience with Google Analytics, and have a proven track record in paid media, then this is the role you have been looking for!
Paid Search & Social Media Executive Responsibilities:
* Monitor, analyse and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies and campaign pacing to maximise ROI.
* Explore copy and creative opportunities through identifying trending and upcoming keywords across various paid channels.
* Support the delivery of a customer focussed journey that makes it easy for clients to interact with the business and optimises conversion of high-quality new leads.
* Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across all relevant paid channels, to include Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads and Bing.
* Create and monitor paid media campaigns that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences, as well as implement ongoing A/B Testing methods as appropriate for campaign optimisation.
* Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to optimise targeting and performance as well as using paid media ads to drive engagement, traffic, leads and revenue for the brand.
* Reporting, monitoring and analysing of key metric data such as Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Lead (CPL), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Return on Investment (ROI).
* Assist in growing the database through influencers and partners.
* Deliver exciting and eye-catching imagery / video content to use across paid media platforms.
* Using paid platforms and Google Analytics to monitor, track and identify opportunities to increase conversion, optimise the customer experience and monitor competitor activity.
* Organising and supporting promotional and customer events from a paid media perspective to increase brand awareness.
* Support the Marketing Team with the development of the annual marketing plan, measuring campaign results, CRM data optimisation.
Skills Required:
* Experience of (qualifications in) using Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, X, TikTok, Google Ads (PPC), Google Analytics and database management.
* Strong IT skills - MS Office Suite inc. Excel, CRM Databases, Social Media platforms and website content management.
* Strong analytical skills and creative.
* Excellent working knowledge of Social Media scheduling software e.g. Meta and TikTok.
* Good understanding of optimising paid media ads to deliver the best return of investment.
* Experience of copywriting and original content generation.
* Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) and using keyword metrics to aid in higher organic ranking positions.
In return the successful candidate will receive a salary of between £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus an industry leading profit share scheme which could lead to a bonus of £3,000 - £6,000 per annum!
