They are 30 people strong and focus on a holistic approach to growing the agency which has landed them a range of household name clients including: Karl Lagerfeld, Mamas & Papas and Bravissimo.
They are an independent agency based in Cambridge who have a very flexible WFH structure (1/2 days onsite a month). They are looking for an Affiliates Account Director to join the team and assist them with their campaigns in the future…
Responsibilities: Your key role will be to oversee and assist with the delivery of strategic and client centric Paid Social marketing campaigns.
- Lead the creation of outstanding, cutting-edge and innovative strategies in order to drive account success
- Oversee the execution of these strategies, making sure everything is kept on track
- Take full top-level ownership of each assigned account - be the client's champion
- Act as the first POC for strategic accounts when necessary
- Plan and attend client performance calls as required and major account review meetings
- Ensure that clear communication is kept between the team and the assigned clients, addressing queries and providing qualitative, timely responses
- Make relevant contributions to reports created by the teams
- Report to the Head of Channel and provide clear overview of each assigned account as appropriate and requested
- Weekly meeting with the Strategists and/or Account Managers to discuss the accounts
- Provide both oversight and support to strategists, account managers and execs, including holding them to account
- Coordinate the completion of accounts audits, to ensure best standards are maintained within accounts
- Line management of a small team, including management of their progression and development plan
Requirements:
- A strong knowledge of Paid Social, ideally across eCommerce backgrounds
- Currently at an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager level in Paid Social
- Commercial or project management knowledge of PPC is a bonus
- Happy to jump onto accounts and get your hands dirty working alongside the team when needed
- Previous experience managing at least one member of staff
- Agency or brand side (eCommerce brands) experience
