You’ll be responsible for managing all Paid Social activity in-house. You’ll be accountable for developing and delivering Paid Social strategies focused on increasing brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and conversions to the direct to consumer & trade sites.
Responsibilities of Paid Social Executive
- Develop the Paid Social media strategy, working closely with the Performance Manger & Marketing team.
- Manage the process of briefing and deploying Paid Social specific content.
- Deploy Paid Social activity on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Tik Tok & Snapchat.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior leadership.
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team on attribution modelling.
- Maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies and approaches to Paid Social, and constantly review plans and implementation because of the changes in the landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, creative, sales, buying, and ecommerce.
Requirements of Paid Social Executive
- 2/3 years’ experience in Paid Social role either client-side retail or agency environment - preferably with beauty experience.
- B2C retail experience essential, B2B (Trade professional experience) would be beneficial.
- Excellent communicator - able to give clarity and set direction.
- An enthusiasm for the Beauty Works brand, its communities and culture
- Aware of what’s going on across beauty landscape and of current social trends.
- Ability to form good working relationships with internal teams and external clients.
- Project management skills and strong organisational skills
- 2/3+ yrs Experience with analytics and social platforms.
