To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a Paid social Manager in the Global Marketing Department to join us in our Global Commercial HQ based in London.
Summary:
Lotus is looking to build its global inhouse media team. We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Specialist to support our Paid Social manager. You will play a key role in executing the Paid Social plan, as well as the day to day optimization and reporting of activity. You will be responsible for setup and running activity across multiple languages, regions & markets globally. You will be running both brand and performance activity strands to help Lotus achieve its Vision 80 ambitions and more.
What you'll do:
- Support manager in building plan and strategy for Paid Social (Meta) and day to day execution of plan with data backed insights and reasoning.
- Setup and run Paid Social plan and campaigns across all markets & region.
- Daily optimization and analysis of live activity to ensure activity is running according to plan.
- Reporting and analysis of performance at daily, weekly, quarterly, yearly intervals.
- Provide input to senior manager based on campaign results and analysis to feed into optimizations & upcoming plans .
- Support execution of testing & measurement plan:
o Plan, execute, report on A/B tests
- Stay up to date on new tools, platform updates, innovation that can improve activity in channel.
What you'll bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in Paid social media (agency background is preferred).
- Meta experience with professional certification (LinkedIn is a plus).
- Data analysis & measurement experience:
o MMM data application (nice to have)
o Incrementality lifts
o Brand lift studies
o A/B tests
- Experience with running multiple complex campaigns at once.
- Knowledge of tracking & measurement to ensure campaign can be optimized to key conversion points and accuracy in data and results is maintained.

Additional Information:
- This role will be working from our London Global Commercial HQ.
