This is a brand new and exciting role in which you will be working alongside the Senior Marketing Executive and Content Manager, your role will be focused on delivering of a range of optimised adverts and strategies across social media, across a range of Platforms including Google and Meta.

This is an excellent opportunity with the scope to grow within the role!

What’s are we looking for?

• PPC experience

· The ability to monitor, analyse and report on key performance metrics

· Manage budget allocation to maximise ROI and achieve business goals.

· Work closely within the Marketing Team to collectively explore copy and creative opportunities

· Support delivery of a customer focussed journey that makes it easy for our clients to interact with us as a business and optimises conversion of high-quality new leads.

• Organic Search experience

Responsibilities:

· Developing and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies across all relevant paid channels, to include Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads and Bing.

· Creating and monitoring paid media campaigns that align with client objectives and resonate with target audiences

· Implement A/B Testing methods as appropriate for campaign optimisation

· Conduct keyword research and audience analysis- updating on trends

· Reporting and analysing of key metric data

· Assist in growing the database through influencers and partners

· Work with the internal marketing team and external delivering eye-catching imagery / video content to use across platforms.

· Using paid platforms and Google Analytics to monitor, track and identify opportunities to increase conversion and optimise the customer experience

· Organising and supporting promotional and customer events

Support the Team with:

· Developing the annual marketing plan

· Measuring and analysing 360° Campaign Activity

· Using CRM data for audience targeting and segmentation

· Any additional ad hoc marketing support as required.

· Production of internal communications to drive strong employee engagement.

· Providing accurate report, as required.
