Salary: £31,000 + Benefits and overtime

Permanent position

Day to Day duties of a Painter & Decorator:

• Responsive and planned painting and decorating to
• Occupied and
• Void properties, 
• Glossing,
• Emulsion, 
• Papering.
• You’ll ensure effective preparation techniques, producing “perfect” finishes to all applications
• Preparing surfaces 

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications) of a Painter & Decorator:

• Experience in residential properties
• Good social skills
• Good customer service
• Asbestos awareness certificate
• DBS check
• Drivers Licenses
• Qualifications
• Basic Multi skills
