Painter / Patcher

Acorn by Synergie is looking for an experienced Painter and Patcher on behalf of their client for ongoing work in Ffos Las.

This role would also require the need for the candidate to be able to support with other maintenance work needed therefore, experience in carpentry and plumbing are desirable.

• Carry out all aspects of responsive maintenance works (carpentry, minor plumbing, painting).
• Paint, redecorate, and make good in occupied properties.
• Perform tasks such as patching or snagging in new kitchens.
• Conduct full wall and ceiling painting.
• Address mould removal and repainting challenges.
• Engage in external painting projects.
• Analyse problems and identify appropriate tools and materials for repairs.
• Write report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter.
• Proficiency in various painting techniques.
• Attention to detail and precision in completing tasks.
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• CSCS Skilled Worker Card.
• Full clean UK driving licence.
