SalaryMcloughlin Recruitment are looking for apprentices to join our long-established workforce, and are looking for parents/guardians to fully support the apprenticeship.
Over the last 25 years of our apprenticeship scheme, we have learnt that parent/guardian involvement is paramount for a successful completion.
We will actively support apprentices who would like to progress their training beyond their apprenticeship into management, surveying etc… Our apprenticeships are for our business and a job will be offered at the end of a successful completion of the apprenticeship. Many of our senior managers, supervisors and fore people have come through the scheme. Apprentices will be paid above Government rates and full holiday, healthcare and pension will be included.
Candidates are required to have a minimum of Maths and English GSCE pass rate of 4 and above and will be required to attend college one day per week. We will require one parent/guardian to attend the interview. Prior to interview all successful applicants will be required to attend a 4-week pre-interview climatization course at our own training centre in Islington, where they will be introduced to the industry procedures to give them a good idea of what an apprenticeship in the industry entails.
