Palace Manager Job

Palace Manager - Doha Qatar 

Our client is seeking a highly experienced candidate with International House / Palace Manager experience, ideally UK & Middle East or Europe & Middle East for a large formal residence in the heart of the capital.

Details:

• Total management of one private palace in Doha, Qatar

• Very large property with 9+ bedrooms and many departments and facilities

• One main principal with 5+ family members  

Duties:

• Management of circa 150+ staff (although through heads of department) 

• Requirement to review all staff,

• Requirement to review policies & procedures

• Full Inventory management of the residence 

• 3rd party vendor management 

• Oversee events, special engagements and be hands-on when required 

• 6 day working week as standard 

To be considered:

• UK or European Household Management Experience 

• Middle East Experience is a preference, although if for a Royal employer, consideration will be reviewed on each application

• Longevity in at least 2 House / Palace / Villa management positions (3 years minimum for one employer)

• Must be a confident Driver 

• Fluent & clear English a must 

• Verifiable relevant references in similar positions
