Panel Wirer

Here at Sterling Recruitment Services we are recruiting for a Panel Wirer for our client based in the Gateshead area.

You will be working for an organisation that specialise in the manufacturing and fabrication of metal products.

Day shift Monday - Friday - 37 hrs per week

Duties include

• To be able to read and understand engineering drawings.
• To electrically assemble complex electrical assemblies using any necessary wiring and panel building disciplines.
• Assembly of control boxes
• Fitting of buttons, sockets, switches
• Assembly of control panel back-plates with components/trunking
• Labelling of devices

Candidate criteria;

• Electrician Qualification- BTEC, HNC, NVQ Level 3 (ideally candidates will be time served)
• Ability to understand electrical drawings
• Willing to work overtime
• Willing to travel oversees
