A well-known, high end luxury jewellery brand are looking for an extremely efficient team player to join their collaborative team as PA and Office Manager. A varied role, you will ensure for the smooth running of the office, be that first point of contact to clients and help the Directors with anything they need across the business.
Based in Chelsea, the ideal candidate will have plenty of initiative and be eager to work amongst a hardworking yet social creative environment. Not only this but have some previous PA and Office Management with great customer service skills.
Main responsibilities:
- Creating a warm and welcoming reception area
- Office Management
- Diary management
- Supporting the team of Directors
- Acting as a gatekeeper to the CEOs – typical EA duties
- Supporting events
You must be proficient use of Microsoft Office and some previous PA and Office Management with great customer service skills.
Part time role, 4 day a week position.
