Windmill Tapes & Labels Ltd are a leading printer of digital and flexographic labels, printed packaging tapes and printed and plain gum paper tapes. Our customer base includes all the major retailers and a number of household brands which requires us to work to stringent quality standards and with the highest levels of professionalism in all that we do.
We continue to grow and this has led to a vacancy in our coated paper conversion department and this is where you come in!
About You
Ideally from a paper conversion background with experience of finishing processes such as slitting and rewinding of coated paper products. You'll have a positive attitude with demonstrable aptitude to learning new machines and processes. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a commitment to quality and have problem solving skills that enable you to work with limited supervision.
Your Role in a Nutshell
To produce high quality paper tape in a timely manner across a range of conversion machines.
Your Key Responsibilities
To meet production targets on a daily basis.
- Deliver high quality product
- Be competent operating machinery
- Follow instructions from line managers
Day to Day work
This changes on a daily basis and is ever growing as Windmill continues to grow.
