SalaryOne of our local authority clients are currently recruiting for a Parade Gardens Kiosk Attendant. This is a temporary contract for 6 months with possible further extension based on budget and performance.
Main Purpose of Post/Job Summary
The client is seeking to appoint Kiosk Attendants to work in the Gardens entrance kiosk, welcoming and processing payments from visitors and providing information to the public as required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing front-of-house services to visitors of the Parade Gardens. This involves ensuring that all visitors are welcomed and informed in a friendly and courteous way.
- Ensuring admittance transactions are accurately processed and handled.
- Creating a positive experience for visitors.
- Liaising with city centre operatives re cleaning, events, photo shoots etc.
- Working as part of a small team, covering ad hoc annual leave as required.
