Description

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts.
• Reviewing employment contracts.
• Keeping an eye on legal responsibilities such as GDPR and company secretarial filings.
• Ensuring the business are protected in terms of trademark & copyright

Profile

Requirements

• Experience in contract law, with IP and commercial legal experience.
• Experience with Commercial contracts specifically in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Outgoing, social and effective face-to-face and written communicator.
• Able to balance maturity and professionalism, with enthusiasm and authenticity.
• Good organisation, planning and time management skills
• Gaming or entertainment sector experience

Job Offer

• 6 month FTC, which is highly likely to be extended
• Qualifying work experience for the SQE.
• A salary range from £27,000 to £30,000 per annum.
