Due to exceptional and continuous growth, we are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our legal team in Crawley. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting the VP Legal, Legal Counsel, Legal Executive, and other internal staff members. This entails tasks like drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting thorough legal research, and managing various administrative and legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of legal matters.
• Assisting in drafting and reviewing various legal documents such as NDAs, contracts for the sale of goods and services, letters of intent and corporate documentation
• Supporting with the collation and satisfaction of conditions precedent in respect of transactions.
• Assisting the Legal Executive in reviewing KYC documentation and monitoring compliance policy.

You will ideally need the following:

• Law degree or equivalent
• Previous legal experience in aviation and/or corporate M&A, finance preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work well under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Flexible and collaborative approach to working with others
