Paralegal and/or Trainee Lawyer Vacancy – Pellys Transport & Regulatory Law

Pellys Transport & Regulatory Law is a highly regarded, boutique law firm based in Stansted, Essex which is one of the leading Law firms in the area of road transport and regulatory law, across England & Wales.

An opportunity has now arisen for a Paralegal and/or a Trainee lawyer to join our legal team.
As a key support role in the practice you will provide administrative services as well as undertaking fee earning work for the practice. The role would be perfect for someone wishing to start a legal career with a view, in time, to becoming a qualified legal practitioner.

You must have excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing. The ability to “touch-type” is essential as is a good understanding of all Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Teams and Zoom. The ability to work accurately and efficiently to deadlines is important. Previous experience in a legal environment would be a distinct advantage, but what we seek is a person with the necessary integrity, tenacity and attitude to make the role a success. A consistently strong academic record and a proven analytical approach are desirable traits. Training in the specialist area of transport law will be provided.
The position comes with a competitive salary, 20 days annual holiday and a generous contributory pension scheme. The position is full time, and office based.
