Our Investment Banking client is seeking a talented and experienced Paralegal to join their Dublin or Belfast office to assist in the smooth running of the team while also carrying out a range of governance related work in supporting regulated and unregulated legal entities.
Your essential background and experience will include:
- 5 years minimum experience as a Paralegal in either Financial Services or a corporate regulated environment
- Previous Company Secretarial experience is essential.
- Formal or informal management experience would be desirable.
- Experience in financial services in either in-house or experience working with financial services clients, would be an advantage
- Minute taking skills are essential
- Meeting Management skills are essential
- Attention to detail
Location: Dublin (Can also be based in Belfast office)
Hybrid: 3 Days in the office per week
Rate: £350 - £500/d Inside IR35 (You will work through an umbrella firm in this role)
Contract: 6 Months (potential temp to perm)
