Top ranking US law firm is seeking a Paralegal Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. The role will involve active case involvement and coordination of legal work for the Paralegal team:
- Salary to £45,000
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days remote working)

The Paralegal Coordinator will assist with workflow, work as a litigation Paralegal across multi-jurisdictions when required and liaise with the lawyers for reports and budgeting.
Duties of the Paralegal Coordinator:
- Assisting in complex disputes cases
- Act as a member of the case team, from inception, to court to settlement
- Undertaking research on behalf of legal teams
- Preparing instructions for Counsel
- Minute taking and drafting of correspondence
- Organising work allocation for paralegals
- Overseeing any work needed to prepare for court
- Identifying and organising training and HR needs for the Paralegal team
Desired experience of the Paralegal Coordinator:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a Paralegal Coordinator role
- Law degree or similar qualification
- 1-2 years Commercial Litigation Paralegal experience
