Paralegal Corporate & Commercial

Absolute Executive Search are seeking a Paralegal withinCorporate & Commercial, for a Top Law firm who are looking to grow their Corporate & Commercial team.
Work can be carried out on a hybrid basis, as agreed, to meet the needs of the business.
Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of complex commercial contracts.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Working with internal stakeholders, including legal, finance, and business development teams, to gather information for contract creation.
• Keeping up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Key skills/requirements:

• Minimum 2/3 years of experience as a paralegal within a corporate law environment.
• Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver targets.
