Vacancy Description: Paralegal – Family Dept. (Public Law Team)
Location: Newport Street Office
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - Monday to Friday (1 Hour Lunch)
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience.
We have a vacancy for a Family Paralegal to work in our busy Family Law Department, Public Law Team at our Newport Street office.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a Family Law department.
Ongoing training, guidance and support from the team is provided.
Job role
Working within a busy office with a friendly team of people, you will be expected to carry out the following duties:
• Arranging appointments and meetings
• Telephone contact with clients and outside agencies
• Diary management
• Database work
• Prepare bundles
• Client contact
• Use of CCMS would be an advantage
• Opportunity to progress for right candidate
Skills Required
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Ability to work independently
• Use of own initiative
• Good time management skills
• Good presentation and organisational skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good IT Skills
