We’re excited for what’s next, so with us, you can be too., , Our team, , Our Financial Services Disputes and Investigations (FSDI) group advises clients in various key areas of work in the financial services sector – including financial services litigation, contentious regulatory work, pensions litigation, and corporate crime and investigations (including fraud, anti-money laundering, financial sanctions, bribery and corruption and other aspects of corporate crime)., , The team handles a variety of instructions in relation to the following:, , , Role and key responsibilities, , In this client facing role, you will work as part of a team providing legal advice to clients on defending claims brought against them in relation to allegedly mis-sold motor finance. Initially, you will spend 6 months on secondment with one of our client’s helping them prepare the evidence to support their defence. You may also, as part of the team, have exposure to other aspects of other complex financial services litigation subject to appropriate supervision., , We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Financial Services Dispute and Investigations Team (Core FSDI) in Cardiff.
