Our client is a top tier international law firm, looking for a Paralegal Manager to play a pivotal role in their centre of excellence.
Job Description
As a Paralegal Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Actively promoting the use of the Paralegal centre of excellence by driving regular communications to relevant stakeholders and by maintaining excellent relationships with fee-earners across the wider fee earning team or practice groups
- Devising and developing systems/protocols for the efficient delivery of the service through innovation, flexibility and in response to feedback
- Provision of some general paralegal duties
- Liaising with clients where necessary and as appropriate
- Ensuring all relevant stakeholders, both senior and junior are kept informed at all times
- Day-to-day line management of a Paralegal team, which will include, the allocation of work and monitoring of workload/capacity level, ongoing training, supervision and quality checking of the team output, conducting appraisals, setting objectives, and one to one meeting, taking feedback and addressing any concerns that arise and providing general support to the team
- Manages the recruitment of resource into the team ensuring that service levels are not impacted.
