Position: Paralegal - Medical Negligence
Location: Liverpool  
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000  
I am seeking a Paralegal with ideally at least 2 years of experience. While Medical Negligence experience is advantageous, it is not essential. You'll be responsible for handling new enquiries, facilitating initial paperwork, and engaging with clients to discuss funding options. Your duties will extend to the preparation of essential legal documents such as Letters of Claim and Witness Statements, as well as Court forms like Claim Forms and Certificates of Service. Additionally, you'll be tasked with preparing Instructions to experts and Counsel, obtaining and meticulously reviewing medical records, and providing invaluable support to other Fee Earners within the team as needed.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Paralegal, preferably with exposure to Litigation. A genuine interest in Litigation is essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Strong communication skills are paramount, as is the capability to manage time efficiently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial in this role, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work undertaken.
