Due to client continuous growth and is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Paralegal to join their Private Client Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a senior solicitor and support the broader team in a inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare wills and lasting powers of attorney.
• Conduct client meetings to gather instructions for various fee-earning tasks.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively on diverse legal matters within the department.
• Participate in team projects and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain and foster relationships with existing clients while contributing to the development of new connections.
• Coordinate with other departments within the firm on joint initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a paralegal in a Private Client department.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Commitment to thorough legal drafting and analysis.
• Excellent teamwork abilities, collaborating effectively with colleagues of all levels.
• Capacity to prioritise tasks and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in IT and the capability to work in a paperless or paper-lite environment.
• Exceptional project and time management skills.
• Practical and efficient approach to task assignment.
