The Division

We are consistently ranked in the top tier in the Legal 500 and Chambers UK directories for Professional Discipline. Our expertise in both health and regulation sets us apart from the competition.

We have handled many thousands of regulatory cases over the last 20 years, covering case investigation, preparation and presentation. We work for seven of the ten health and social care regulators, as well as regulators in legal services and education. We have worked on some of the most complex and high profile cases faced by professional regulators, including for our own regulators, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and the Bar Standards Board (BSB).

Our reputation across the regulatory sectors built on providing proportionate, timely and high quality case preparation and presentation and a service that demonstrates value for money. Our breadth of experience means that we are at the forefront of regulation, legislative and policy changes and best practice. We have the experience, resources and systems in place to deliver the services to a high quality and within agreed time frames.

The Role and Responsibilities

The main role and responsibilities may include some or all of the following (although, this is not an exhaustive list):-

- Liaising with clients, witnesses, experts, counsel and other stakeholders;

- Supporting stakeholders through the fitness to practise process, including supporting vulnerable witnesses and those with additional support needs;

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to develop to their full potential. We take a proactive approach to diversity to ensure all of our people are recognised for their talents and skills. We have an open and welcoming culture. A successful candidate will promote and instil in their daily practice the firm's values: people first, doing the right thing and forward thinking.

We like to give people responsibility early on. Supervision, support and relevant training will be provided although the successful applicant will also be encouraged, where appropriate, to use their own initiative and demonstrate a positive, can do approach to their work. Paralegals are encouraged and supported to continue their early careers development with the firm through our bespoke training programmes and exclusive access to our training contracts.
