Paralegal with Training Contract already confirmed

Ryder Reid Legal is working exclusively with a US law firm to recruit a Paralegal to join its Corporate/Global Projects team in March on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis with scope to extend for a further 6 months. The role will involve duties including; performing company searches, assist with due diligence on mergers and acquisitions and transaction management.
